Launch Coaching
Launch Coaching is a one-month, hands-on program for people who have built an app with AI but cannot get it over the line. We get your first version launched properly, and we train you to keep building it yourself, safely, without becoming reliant on a developer.
You stay in control the whole way, with the tools, the workflow and the confidence to keep shipping.

By the end of the program
- Your MVP is livea handful of core features, we aim for about five.
- A build process you trust and controlyou know how to direct the AI to do things properly.
- Confident with GitHub, staging and deploymentyou push to production safely.
- Solid database, security and data handlingthe things that break apps in production are handled.
- Claude Code masteredfaster, parallel and token efficient, so you kick off tasks for an hour while you get on with life instead of babysitting it for twenty.
- CodeSpring to design every new featureplan it in a sandbox before the AI writes any code.
- You can run and grow your live app on your own, with confidence.
Your first month, week by week
Pick a week to see exactly what happens. One call every week, and you finish the month launched and building on your own.
Onboard and set up
The first week is about getting you fully set up and building safely. We learn your app, get you onboarded into CodeSpring and Atlas, set up your Claude Code and GitHub, and start you designing new features. In the background, we begin auditing your app.
- We get on a call and figure out exactly what app you are building.
- We learn from you what it does and what you want to launch first.
- On the onboarding call we import your codebase and map it out inside CodeSpring.
- You can finally see everything that is going on in your app, visually.
- You learn how to use CodeSpring to design and plan new features.
- We set you up on Atlas, our automated security review tool.
- It reviews your code so risky things get caught before they reach production.
- A setup process gets your Claude Code using the models properly.
- More token efficient, quicker at coding, and doing more in parallel.
- Security checking, so it properly checks its own code.
- You get skill files to run: one to set up CodeSpring, one for Atlas, and one to set up your Claude Code.
- We show you how to set up GitHub: production, a dev branch, and a staging branch.
- Staging is a duplicate of production where you test what you are about to push, before it ever reaches your customers.
- You set it up, we guide you. There is a limited amount of done for you in this program.
Staging is your safety net. Nothing reaches your customers until you have tested it first.
- You work through the documentation and learn how to design and plan new features in CodeSpring.
- You create the tasks inside CodeSpring, then let Claude Code build from those tasks.
- While you get set up, we go away and audit your app.
- We look at your features and complexity, what is unfinished, what is slow, production risks, inefficiencies, database problems, security, permissions and how your data is handled.
- We are looking for the vulnerable areas we need to target so your app is ready to launch.
- WhatsApp with me, plus Loom videos and tutorials.
- Our full documentation on getting set up with CodeSpring, GitHub and everything else.
Common questions
Do I have to give you access to my code straight away?
No. You share only what you are comfortable with, and you can start with nothing more than a login. We build trust over time, and we do not even need the code to get going.
How do I know my code and data are safe with you?
We sign an NDA before you share anything. We cannot share, sell or use your code or data, and you keep full ownership the whole way through.
Do you set everything up for me?
There is a limited amount of done for you. We show you how to set things up yourself so you actually learn it and can do it again.
What are the skill files?
Ready to run files: one to set up CodeSpring, one for Atlas, and one to set up your Claude Code.
What is a staging branch?
A duplicate of production where you test what you are going to push, before it reaches your customers.
By the end of week 1, your app is mapped, your tools are set up, and you can build safely.
