We're looking for a Marketing Specialist.

We're looking for someone to help us with marketing. You do not need to be a CMO. We want someone practical who can build the work, get it in front of people and help us bring in more customers.

This is a freelance role. The starting budget is £3,000 to £5,000 per month, depending on experience.

What we need help with

The work is hands on.

CodeSpring already has a product, a story and people to sell to. We need someone who knows how to turn that into marketing that people actually see and act on.

You might have experience with funnels, VSLs, webinar funnels, emails, paid ads, sales calls, creator campaigns or SaaS growth. You do not need to have done every one of those things. We care more about whether you have done real work and can explain what happened.

  • Writing and improving landing pages, email campaigns and sales copy
  • Building funnels in tools such as GoHighLevel
  • Running paid ads and knowing what to change when they are not working
  • Working with creators, UGC and organic content
  • Getting on sales calls when that is useful
  • Looking at the numbers and deciding what is worth doing next

What matters to us

We need to see the work you have done.

Please do not send a generic CV and tell us you are great at marketing. Show us the funnels, campaigns or launches you worked on. Tell us what you did, what happened and what you learned.

We are looking for verifiable proof. If you can share a reference from a client, employer or founder you have worked with, that helps. If you cannot share something because it is confidential, explain it clearly and show us what you can.
